All-natural skin care products for parents and children, support for our troops overseas, and an exclusive $100 product giveaway. Skincando rocks!

Sara Damielo of Skincando wonderfully sent me several products for my family and I to review. Our skin has never looked or felt better, and we are now devoted Skincando users.

Damielo is an organic beauty specialist who has developed a line of all-natural products. She began at home developing Combat-Ready Balm, an ointment that not only intensely moisturizes skin, but alleviates many skin problems such as eczema, sunburn, insect bites, diaper rash and blisters.

I can attest that Combat-Ready Balm really works. My daughter Eve experiences eczema on her arms, and combat-crawler baby Alice really roughs up her knees and the tops of feet with her commando cruising on our tough tile floors. Both of my girls’ symptoms cleared up with regular application of the balm.

The kids’ version of the balm, Combat-Ready Kids, is also amazing. I used this version on Alice before her first birthday, and the formula kept her skin even more buttery and baby-soft than ever.

I personally am in love with the Luxe line of Skincando products. The Eye Balm has made a great difference on those brand new fine lines next to my peepers; it is so deeply moisturizing that it seems to soak in and fill out my wrinkles. And the Brew lip balm has really transformed my chapped lips and youthfully plumps them up, thanks to the inclusion of myrrh (as in real wise men-bringing myrrh…fancy!).

But these products are not just for Real Housewives of Suburbia like myself: Damielo is committed to helping our brave men and women of the armed forces in the field. Operation Sand Flea coordinates donations of the Combat-Ready Balm to soldiers who have told Damielo that her product soothes their incessant sand flea bites, sunburn and dry skin like nothing else.

If you donate a jar of Combat-Ready Balm  or a Combat-Ready Care Kit to a soldier, he or she also receives a thank you note for their service and recognition for your gift. You can also designate care packages to specific service persons overseas — simply include with your order the shipping address of where you would like your care package sent and Skincando will cover the shipping costs for you.

GIVEAWAY: Damielo has generously offered to give away to one lucky reader a Skincando gift package for mom and kids valued at $100!
