Go to Icktionary.com and Add YOUR Messy, Icky Words!
I am a strong, independent, educated woman…and as a mom of three kids, a good hunk of my day is spent mired in the muck of poopy diapers, hanging boogers, pee-splattered bathrooms and much, much worse.
The people at Clorox understand the gross side of parenting, and just as their products help us keep our homes (sort of) clean, their new website www.icktionary.com is helping us laugh at our icky situations.
Check out Ick-tionary words like chia mat (when your bath mat starts to grow moldy “hair) and urine luck (when your toddler finally goes on, or at least near, the potty.) And then add your own hilarious or heave-worthy icky-words to the ick-tionary — it’s easy and fun!
Another “neat”-o item on the Ick-tionary site is the Match the Mess Game — test your “ick-spertise” and possibly win a $25 Visa gift card! Additionally, when you got to the Ick-tionary you will receive a coupon for 75 cents off any Clorox product while supplies last, and you will also find cleaning solutions to conquer all the ickiness your kids, house and pets next throw your way.
I had a blast being part of the Ick-tionary launch when the Clorox truck spent the day with families in the DC area. Look at all the fun that was had!
If you live in the San Francisco area, be sure to head to the corner of Powell and Geary at Union Square in San Francisco this Thursday, April 11 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. for the Ick-tionary mobile’s latest stop. San Francisco-native dad blogger, Charlie Capen of How to Be A Dad will be there too sharing his personal icky words and his patented “how-not-to” stories of being a dad.
Thanks Clorox for a great day, for launching a funny and fabulous website for parents, and for sponsoring my video and blog posts.
