I have lost a little bit of weight this holiday season. In fact, I was down three pounds on my Christmas Eve weigh-in at my local Jenny Craig location.

Thank goodness, because I had three local TV news appearances the week before Christmas. I could maybe bear to watch the tape back featuring a bloated, bigger version of myself once, but not three times.
