New Transformer Toy Line: Transformers Prime Beast Hunters
SCORE! We have a new nine-year-old boy birthday present for the birthday party circuit: Transformers Prime Beast Hunters. I don’t know about you, but we needed a new go-to gift in the $10-25 range other than LEGO sets. We always give books as presents for friends’ birthday parties, but I also like to include a small toy for the kids, too.
This latest line of Transformers toys finds the Autobots facing off against not only the Decepticons, but a new foe: dragon-like Predacon beasts. Kids can get into collecting both the Predacon (bad guys) and Beast Hunter (good guys) toys. Like traditional Transformers, the toys creatively switch back and forth between a robot and a vehicle.
The new Transformers toys tie-in with the new Transformers Prime series on The Hub, and season three debuts tonight March 22 at 7:30pm.

Charlie received the Transformers Prime Beast Hunter Bulkhead action figure for review, a member of the Transformers Prime Beast Hunters Deluxe line. He loved switching the toy from armored truck vehicle to Hulk-ish Autobot and adding it to the line-up of guyville toys to play with his buddies in our yard. His friends commented that the new toy was cool, interesting, and that none of them had seen it before.
